Job Status: Full time
Shift: Days, Monday through Friday

Position Summary:
The Childcare Secretary assists and supports the childcare director in all aspects of the childcare center.
Duties and Responsibilities as follows:
- Greet visitors and maintain visitor log
- Filling, record keeping, answering phone calls.
- Send out notices to parents and staff.
- Updating the waitlist.
- Maintain current enrollment forms.
- Monitor and maintain daily attendance in ProCare
- Collect CACFP information and input information; collect monthly meal count forms and refrigerator temperature logs.
- Manage and maintain supply closet including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Faxing and sending out emails.
- Assist in classroom as needed.
- Collaborate with Assistant Director on Center staff morale events.
Qualifications
Education/Training: High school or equivalent, Microsoft office.
Skills/Abilities:
Must be positive
Must be able to stand, bend and lift as needed
Must be friendly
Must have high energy
Must be able to work with children
Must be flexible with work schedule
Must be dependable
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must follow all Policies and Procedures of St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care

Salary : $15 - $18
