What is available?
Part-Time with rotation of weekends and holidays. 8 Hour shifts
Full and Part Time – AM, PM, NOCs
Is there a shift diff?
Yes - $1.25 shift diff for PMs, and $1.50 for NOCs
Is there a sign on Bonus?
Yes- Full-time and Part-time sign-on bonuses are available!

As an LPN, you will work alongside the Director of Nursing / Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents : administrating medication and monitoring the resident's vitals, provide wound care or other duties directed by the Director of Nursing. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants.
New Grads are strongly encourage to apply!
This position is Part-Time on AMs, PMs or NOCs with rotation weekends.
Requirements :
Active WI Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Great customer service skills
Passion to work with the aging population
Great communications skills
Able to work rotating weekends
