St. Ann Rehab and Nursing Center in Dover, NH is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses.
- RN: $32 to $37.40/hr, depending on experience
- LPN: $28 to $33.40/hr, depending on experience.
- Plus: Per diem extra $4.00 an hour
- Per diem Requirement: work a minimum of 4 shifts a month, 2 of the 4 shifts need to be a weekend day.
- Shift Differentials range from $2.00 to $3.50

St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Dover, NH, is a beautifully renovated 54 bed facility offering short- and long-term care in a warm and supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
- Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
- Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
Requirements
· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
· Long-term care experience preferred
· Must possess and maintain a current Practical Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
