Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide individualized patient care to elderly residents
- Collaborate with our nursing team to ensure quality care
- Valid NYS Certified Nursing Assistant License (CNA) - Required
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with elders - Preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented work group
- Proficient in various computer programs and Medical Records Documentation system
