Qualifications
Education :
M.D. with at least five years of clinical practice in an outpatient setting with Geriatric expertise.
Certificates, License, Registrations :
Medical license and registration in New York State, DEA registration, and Certification in geriatric, internal, or family medicine. Certification as a Medical Director ideal.
