Licensed Practical Nurse

Must have a valid and current License
Starting rates are based on experience ranging from $29- $32
$3,000 Sign-on Bonus for Part Time AND Full time 2nd and 3rd shift positions!
We offer a flexible work schedule with 12- and 16-hour shifts! Check out the shift differentials!
2:30p-11p, Full time and part time, 2nd shift differential $3/hour
6:30p-7a, 10:30p- 7a, Full time and Part time, 3rd shift differential $2/hour
All Saturday and Sunday shifts offer an additional $0.60/hour weekend premium!
Additionally
Full-time option: 2, 12-hour and 2, 8-hour shifts OR 2, 12-hour and 1, 16-hour shift
6:30p- 7a AND 2:30p- 11p OR 10:30p-7a
Weekend Warrior program! Work 12 hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for an additional $5 to your base pay rate.

What You'll Do
Nursing Practice
Participates in collection of assessment data to develop a plan of care including education for the resident
Follows the established plan of care and associated protocols, procedures and policies
Evaluates and modifies the plan of care
Demonstrates skills and knowledge to provide safe, competent nursing care
Conduct inventories, administer medications and treatment
Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Resident Care Management
Supervise/delegate resident care to nurse aides
Adjust work assignments for nurse aides and nurse aides in training on the unit assigned
Reports significant observations and changes to the RN supervisor
Carries out physician's orders
Charges equipment, supplies and services correctly
Participates in performance improvement activities
Responds appropriately to emergency situations
Communicate with residents' family to provide information as indicated by DON, ADON or RN supervisor
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Licensed Practical Nursing or Registered Nurse program
Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Possesses the skills and positive attitude necessary for a service-oriented industry
Possesses ability to understand and react effectively to the unique needs of the age group served
Meets attendance/scheduling requirements
Criminal background check current within one year
Desired Skills/Abilities
Prefer minimum of one (1) year experience in geriatric field
Prefer CPR Certification
IV Therapy Certification
