Licensed Practical Nurse- $41/Hour Set Rate!

Licensed Practical Nurse- Set Rate St. Anne Home is a ministry of the Felician Sisters of North America dedicated to the continued healing mission of Jesus Christ by providing a continuum of care and supportive services to adults, their families and their caregivers. • Must have valid and current Nursing License This is a set rate position of $41 per hour. $1,500 Sign-on Bonus!
• Sign-on bonuses are subject to certain requirements and signed documentation. How it works : We are looking for Flexibility!
• A set rate employee must be available to work any shift and days and will float between shifts as needed.
• Must be able to work 8-, 12- and 16-hour shifts as needed though will not be scheduled over 40 hours per week.
• Will be scheduled to work two out of four weekends but will not necessarily be every other weekend.
• Will be scheduled to work holidays the same as regular full and part time employees.
• Will be able to request 2 days off per month in accordance with request off guidelines.

The set rate employee will receive a higher set pay rate but will not receive shift differentials or weekend premium. Will receive holiday pay in accordance with the guidelines for holiday pay. Not eligible for pick up bonuses. Will not receive merit increases but rate will be evaluated for competitiveness and adjusted as necessary. What we offer : We value you!
