Job Details

  • A hospital in Washington is looking for an experienced OR Tech for a travel contract.
  • The right candidate will have 2 full years of experience.

    • Job Requirements

  • Active BLS certification
  • CST certification
  • WA License required at time of submittal
  • Must have ortho experience
  • Robotics experience is a plus

    • Schedule Information

  • Majority are 10 hour shifts for both RNs and CSTs.
  • Start time for 10 hour shift is 0645, may request to come in early with an extensive case.
  • Evening shift is usually 1100-2230.
  • Call is approx. 1 shift per weekday.
  • For weekend call, there is a rotation with the team.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Unit : OR
  • Charge Nurse : Yes, no charge when on call.
  • IV Team : Yes
  • RT 24 / 7 : Yes
  • Pharmacy 24 / 7 : until 11 pm
  • Common types of cases : 60% ortho and podiatry, General, GYN, robotics and spines.

    • Additional Details

  • Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able to re-add that back in.
  • Seeking someone with a positive attitude and a team player.
  • Prefer someone with Robotics experience or who is willing to learn.
