St. Anne's-Belfield School seeks to hire both full-time and part-time experienced, enthusiastic early childhood assistant teachers in our Early Childhood Program for the 2025-2026 school year. Our Early Childhood Program offers a robust academic foundation paired with a strong emphasis on outdoor learning. The ideal candidate is nurturing, responsive, flexible, collaborative, and committed to the benefits of nature based education. Our Early Childhood Program faculty plan in a cross-curricular manner; develop activities to stimulate curiosity; build community within the classroom; implement our social curriculum; maintain a growth mindset, build strong, trusting partnerships with families, and hold a commitment to ongoing professional development in outdoor education. Prior early childhood classroom experience is preferred.
