Per Diem openingAs an LPN Supervisor, you will supervise resident care for the Most Important People on Earth, our Assisted Living residents, and be a visible and key customer service representative providing the St. Ann's Experience to staff, residents, families, visitors, and guests.Job duties include :
- Providing supervision and / or assistance with personal care needs of residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility programs promoting the quality of life and the independent functioning of each resident
- Assisting with the completion of documentation for admission, transfer, or discharge
- Maintaining organization of resident charts and medication room area
- Supervising resident medication administration and assisting in performance of prescribed treatments
- Participation in the development, implementation, and review of individualized resident plans of careJob Requirements :
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of New York
- Successful completion of an accredited Nursing program
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
