Preschool Paraprofessional

We are seeking a Preschool assistant to provide support and assistance in one of our classrooms for the remainder of the school year. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the lead teacher to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for our young students. The assistant will help with daily classroom activities, including preparing materials, supervising children during playtime, and helping with basic classroom management. Responsibilities: • Assist the lead teacher with classroom activities and lesson plans • Prepare materials for classroom activities and projects • Supervise children during playtime and outdoor activities • Help with basic classroom management, including keeping the classroom clean and organized • Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans for students • Help students with basic learning activities Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience working with young children in a classroom or daycare setting preferred • Ability to work well in a team environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening If you are passionate about working with young children and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding and fulfilling position.
