Principal Responsibility :
The Communications and Marketing team is responsible for telling the story of St. Anthony's and ensuring the consistency of our brand across all marketing channels. This position will oversee the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies to enhance the foundation's visibility, engage stakeholders, communicate the guest experience, and drive its mission, vision and strategic plan forward. As a steward of healing and social justice, you are expected to meet the following duties :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Communications Strategy and Brand Management
- Develop and implement integrated long- and short-term strategic marketing communications plans and provide monthly reports on objectives / key results. This includes large-scale campaigns, email newsletters, print newsletters, marketing collateral and signage for the ten-plus programs, community and fundraising events, social media, video content, photo shoots, advertising, town halls, and crisis and internal communications.
- Manage multiple projects and provide project management oversight, champion strategic priorities, and create detailed reports on department performance against objectives.
- Identify, recommend, and act upon potential marketing communications opportunities aligned with the organization's strategic priorities.
- Clearly present our communications approach and strategy to ensure team members, supporters, donors, partners, volunteers, and the great community are aware of the organization's vision and priorities.
- Lead high-visibility marketing and communications campaigns and strategic projects, including managing the agency, vendors, and team to ensure our key messages drive awareness and deadlines and budgets are met.
- Oversee the consistent application of the organization's brand guidelines across all communication channels and materials, including signage, brochures, and flyers, in all ten-plus program and administrative areas of the campus. Collaborate with program leads on a quarterly basis to ensure that program collateral and the website, including copy, photos, and hours of service, are up to date.
- Cultivate relationships with key marketing partners, including agencies, consultants, photographers, printers, videographers, translators, and advertising outlets, to ensure they are provided with a strong, clear brief and that our investment generates appropriate levels of return.
- Oversee the planning and execution of photo / video shoots for the foundation, ensuring the foundation has a dynamic library of brochure / website-worthy digital assets.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to update webpages regularly. Support the team with web analytics and utilize data to optimize site engagement.
- Work with the internal stakeholders to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate on creating various types of content, including social media, short-form videos, blogs, ads, and articles.
- Develop and execute an annual social media strategy, collaborating with team members to enhance the foundation's online presence, maintain positive interactions with the online community, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to enhance engagement and awareness.
- Collaborate with the CMCO to draft media pitches, press releases, talking points, and statements, and to manage media interviews / tours, while protecting the privacy of our guests.
- Support the production and distribution of the weekly internal newsletter.
- Assist in translating materials to enhance accessibility for guests.
