Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Ultrasound Technologist role located in Carroll, IA. The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for performing ultrasounds, working with physicians to interpret results, and maintaining accurate patient records. Additionally, they will operate and maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certifications
- Experience in Medicine, Radiology, and Vascular ultrasound procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Sonography or related field
