Duties:
- Perform IV insertion, medication administration, and IV infusion under the direction of registered nurses or physicians.
- Provide nursing care in various settings such as PICU, primary care, family planning, pediatrics, and emergency medicine.
- Administer injections and inhalation treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising healthcare provider.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care practices.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in [IL].
- Experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform IV insertion and medication administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
