St. Anthony's Nursing and Rehab, LLC is currently in search of a highly skilled individual with expertise in general building maintenance.
This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to preventative maintenance, general repairs, light electrical and mechanical work, groundskeeping, and snow removal, among others. Preferred qualifications include experience in HVAC, boilers, electrical, and plumbing, though it is not mandatory.
The ideal candidate for this full-time position should have the physical capability to perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, and repetitively lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Additionally, the role may involve stooping, squatting, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
This position also entails participation in an on-call rotation every other weekend. We are specifically seeking an individual who embodies both energy and dedication, with a strong work ethic.
