Lot Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lot Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in automotive and have experience in hospitality or retail environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. As a Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with their needs and inquiries.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist with transactions and inventory management.
• Operate vehicles. Must have valid drivers license and pass insurance background check
• Ability to handle small mechanical jobs, including brakes, wear and tear parts and occasional heavy jobs. (if experience/ability is shown, pay will increase quickly)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Drive vehicles safely and responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws.
• Support dealership operations by performing various technical tasks as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, dealership, or retail environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential.
• Must have some sort of automotive background and knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.92 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
