St. Barnabas Radio is looking for a highly qualified, local, and well connected sales Account Executive for our Radio Sales department:

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Salary Base Commission

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and warm calling.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals and drive company growth.
  • Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the value of products or services to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to meet sales targets.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in radio sales/ account management, business development, or related sales roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, including warm calling, analyzing customer needs, and closing deals.
  • Responsible for managing and developing key client accounts while driving new business opportunities.
