The Village at St. Barnabas is looking for Maintenance Technicians
Full Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in H.V.A.C. preferable but not required, we will train
- Service heating and cooling units at all facilities
- Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveway
- Repairs the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, painting, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical
- Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested
- Assure that work assignments areas are clean and equipment, tools and supplies are properly stored before leaving the area
- Perform and complete preventative maintenance schedule as set forth by the supervisor
- Required to be on-call for emergency conditions/situations

Preferred Qualifications:
EPA 608 Universal Certification
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to move at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position (Sit/Stand)
- Must be able to Navigate and Move around the facility and perform duties safely.
- Drug free work environment. Must pass drug screen and police background check.
- Independent total lift – 80 lbs./ Two man lift – 180 lbs.
Salary : $19 - $21
