Job Description : Graphic Designer and Brand Coordinator
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Graphic Designer and Brand Coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing the organization's design and brand strategy by applying best practice design principles across various projects. This position is responsible for the full spectrum of design, from conceptualization to the completion of creative solutions across multiple platforms, including web / digital, collateral materials, presentations, infographics, campaigns, motion graphics, and event design for both internal and external audiences.
As a key creative resource, this position will offer expertise and strategic guidance to clients, including clinical program leaders. The ability to analyze business requirements and deliver impactful design solutions in a fast-paced, on-demand environment is essential. Leading large, multifaceted projects and providing direction to the marketing and communications team will be critical to the success of this role.
Additionally, the Graphic Designer and Brand Coordinator will be responsible for capturing and editing professional headshots to ensure the organization's visual identity is consistently represented.
Key Responsibilities : Execute and oversee the development of creative design solutions across various formats and platforms.Provide expert creative consultation to internal stakeholders, including clinical program leaders.Lead large-scale, high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and organizational goals.Capture and edit professional headshots for staff and leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality, on-brand materials in a timely manner.Proficient in all Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to apply them across diverse media.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and event design.Worked closely with marketing and communication teams to support strategic initiatives and project execution.2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industryPrimarily an office-based role, with hybrid work options available due to the physical demands of the positions.
