The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic with a strong understanding of elementary education best practices and a commitment to integrating Catholic values into all aspects of the curriculum. Ideal Candidate::
- Looking to join a vibrant, Catholic school community.
- Willing to consistently collaborate with peers to ensure the correct implementation of Indiana Academic Standards and the Diocesan Curriculum.
- Possess the ability to plan differentiated lessons to reach learners at all ability levels.
- Be comfortable with utilizing technology to compliment instruction and the student learning process. (Chromebooks, wireless projector, desktops, etc.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with students, parents, staff, and administration.
- Possess an active Indiana teaching license.
- Complete all aspects of the required Diocesan Teacher Application
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching license/certification for the state of Indiana.
- Demonstrated knowledge of elementary education curriculum and best practices.
- Experience teaching at the elementary level, preferably in a Catholic school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
