Dignity Health - St Bernardine is looking for a Clinical Educator for their Surgical Services department. This position plans coordinates and implements staff development continuing education orientation annual update and competency evaluation processes including remediation of staff. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of St. Bernardine Medical Center. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support St. Bernardine Medical Center's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement/process improvement activities.
