Secretariat Department Executive Assistant needed for the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany. Position reports to the Executive Assistant to Congregational Minister of the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany. Part-time position with potential for full time. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills highly desirable. Assist with department projects, business correspondence, organize support material, and minutes for various meetings. Confidentiality and organizational skills are highly valued. Experience desired with Zoom and all facets of Microsoft Office. An associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
