Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will help create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, and providing additional support as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including sweeping and mopping floors as necessary.
• Set up and break down tables for special events or catering services.
• Ensure that all utensils, glassware, and plates are clean and properly stocked for service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food items.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with others effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed within the restaurant setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.95 - $15.12 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
