Responsibilities:
This position provides the nursing leadership and management for our facility’s Continued Care units and the RN Supervisor Team ensuring the provision of quality, compliance, financial management, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, safety, etc. outcomes are aligned with organization’s targets. Other key responsibilities include: investigation of accident/incident reports, skin care management, infection control and documentation
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse License with current registration in New York State
- 5 years nursing experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of CMI, QA/QM
- Strong verbal, written, computer and leadership skills
