Job Standards
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with diverse individuals or groups, including written / verbal and listening / comprehension skills.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Minimum of 2-year associate degree, 4-year preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively and independently with various levels of clinical and administrative professionals within hospitals and with community leaders and representatives.
- Ability to work with diverse communities and settings to effectively represent St. Camillus.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Minimum of one to three years previous sales and marketing experience.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Must have own transportation and a valid WI driver’s license is required.
- Ability to safely perform essential functions of the job without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
