Job Objective
Projecting a consistently approachable and friendly personality, the Concierge demonstrates excellent customer service by ensuring that the needs and requests of residents and guests are met.
FTE
Part- Time 9a-3:30pm
Job Standards

- Anticipates the need of residents in a pro-active manner.
- Shows evidence of interest in working with the senior population.
- Ensures the confidentiality of resident or staff records and information is maintained.
