Job Objective
Provide quality baked goods for residents, visitors and employees of St. Camillus. Must maintain high standards of quality and sanitary food preparation, storage and clean up.
FTE Full time
Job Standards
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Ability to read, write and speak English and perform basic mathematics.
3. Ability to follow written and oral instruction
4. Knowledge of quality scratch baking with two or more years baking experience in a large food service operation.
4. Ability to increase, decrease and modify recipes to meet the needs of the facility.
5. Ability to work with kitchen personnel in coordinating meal service and special events.
7. Must be able to safely perform the essential job functions without harm to self or others, with or
without reasonable accommodations.
