Job Title Food Service Team Lead

Job Objective
Prepares proper set up for dining room service to the residents. Services and cleans kitchen and dining room areas for two meal services. Leads staff by example, to perform all duties to the best of their abilities.
FTE Part- Time
Job Standards
1. Ability to read, write and speak English and perform basic mathematics.
2. Ability to follow written and oral instruction.
3. Good customer service skills.
4. Prior experience in institutional food service operation preferred.
5. Maintains a clean environment
6. Communicates with staff in a professional manner
7. Responsible to monitor waitstaff perform proper service during meals; drinks, soup or salad (during lunch and Supper), entrée than dessert.
8. Monitors staff behaviors during meal service and non-meal service work hours in dining room areas and kitchens to be in accordance with rules and regulations
9. Ability to safely perform essential functions of the job without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodations.
