Job Title Security Lead
Department Security
Supervisor Security Manager
Job Objective Provides training and accountability (performance management system) and support for security and receptionists.
FTE Full-Time 12am-12pm
Job Standards
1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of police science or security related training is helpful.
2. High degree of customer service, both internal and external.
3. Familiar with Lean, 6 Sigma or other process improvement approaches.
4. Excellent computer skills required; must be proficient in various Microsoft products, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
6. Valid State of Wisconsin driver’s license required & driving record complies with St. Camillus Safe Driving Policy.
7. Able to safely perform essential functions of the job without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
8. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
9. Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
