- Function under the supervision of the licensed Registered Nurse and provides basic nursing care to ensure the safety, comfort, personal hygiene, and protection of our patients.
- Be able to recognize, obtain, document, and report data to appropriate staff.
- Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to meet the needs of patients and optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education.What you'll bring :
- Passion for Patient Care
- Prior or recent Nursing Assistant experience preferred
- Education : High School Diploma or GED required
- Certification : Nursing Assistant Certification & Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required
- In lieu of Nursing Assistant certification, will accept prior / recent nursing assistant experience OR completion of one year of a formal RN programSalary RangeUSD $24.87 - USD $32.33 / Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
