Advertisement The Institutional Advancement Department at St. Catherine University invites applications for a Digital Fundraising Manager.
The Digital Fundraising Manager plays a key role in Annual Fund revenue growth, providing leadership with the expansion of Digital Engagement Initiatives and student giving initiatives. This position will work with the Development team to develop strategies and will be responsible for implementing tactics that will successfully increase Annual Fund participation and donations from key constituencies. Major areas of responsibility will include hiring, training and overseeing the student employees through traditional calling systems and innovative methods with emphasis to increase revenue and participation.
The Digital Fundraising Manager will also be responsible for supporting efforts to engage, acquire, solicit and retain donors and current student donors.
Responsibilities Include :
- Recruit, hire and train 25-30 student callers and student supervisors. Coach, inspire, and motivate Student Fundraising Team(Digital Engagement Ambassadors) as individuals and as a team.
- Conduct data analysis, project reporting, and forecasting / projections for the Digital Engagement Center.
- Provide routine and non-routine campus-based information about the University.
- Act as one of the liaisons between our graduates, Alumni Relations and the University.Work as part of a team and in a spirit of cooperation and partnership.
- Take leadership role in accomplishing tasks and goals within budget.
- Work with KF vendors that support digital engagement center, video and text messaging.
- Manage data accuracy and recommend segmentation strategy for automates Digital Engagement Center
- Digital Engagement Center (DEC) pledge reminder system of sending reminders every 30,60 ad 90 days
- DECsoftware; hardware; supplies and follow up on unique DEC situations.
- Manage day-to-day DEC operations.
- Report digital engagement center metrics to director of annual giving.
- Using research and innovative techniques, oversee student education and awareness campaign on the importance of giving back and participation giving.
- Design and manage strategy around student giving strategy and the Senior Class Gift Campaign.
- Oversee and manage the Student Philanthropy Club including facilitating recruitment, student events, on-campus promotions and presence.
- Work with Annual Fund team to develop and lead new initiatives / projects in support of reaching the Annual Fund goals.
- Support fall and spring giving days. Support KF volunteer initiatives around giving days.
Salary Range : $50,000-60,000
