Located just west of St. Charles, St. Charles Community College is a public, comprehensive two-year institution offering associate degrees and certificate programs in various fields.
We invite qualified candidates to apply for part-time English as a Second Language (ESL) and/or Intensive English faculty positions to teach reading, writing, oral skills, and composition this semester and future semesters on a semester-by-semester basis.
Responsibilities:
- Teach ESL and/or Intensive English courses, including reading, writing, oral skills, and composition
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in TESOL or applied linguistics is required
- More than 15 graduate hours study in another sub-skill area, such as education, composition, reading/phonics, pronunciation, culture, writing, or foreign language, is a plus
