SCC is seeking experienced Part-time, Project-based Workforce Development Specialists to assist business and industry partners. Ideal candidates will have experience in facilitating and training (on-site and remote) in an industrial environment as well as providing input related to process improvement and related implementation strategies. Specific knowledge/experience in but not be limited to:
- Computer Applications
- Leadership & Supervision
- Quality/Lean Topics
- Federal and Local Regulations and Safety Standards
- Technical Skills Topics
- Technical Writing and Instructional Design
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of related experience with business and industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Leadership experience
- Self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others
