SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, offices, waiting areas and public restrooms.
- Collection of dirty linen from patient areas and distribution of clean linen to appropriate areas.
- Disinfect health care equipment and machines.
- Vacuum, mop and dust all areas per established schedule using approved cleaners.
- Ability to utilize safe and proper body mechanics in performing job duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hospital Experience required
- Physical ability to perform a job that requires bending, stretching, and lifting moderate to heavy loads.
- Must have the commitment and the ability to coordinate with other team members and manage duties efficiently to best serve patients.
