The Nonprofit Fundraiser / Assistant Executive Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the organization’s fundraising strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with donors, overseeing fundraising campaigns, and enhancing the organization's public image through effective communication and marketing strategies.
Duties :
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing donors while identifying and engaging new prospects.
- Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Utilize CRM for tracking donations, managing donor information, and analyzing fundraising data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance public relations efforts and promote philanthropic initiatives.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including email and ad marketing campaigns and podcast recordings.
- Work closely with the Executive Director to learn the ins and outs of the organization.
