What are the responsibilities and job description for the A La Carte Server position at St. Clair Country Club?
St Clair Country Club is a private, full service, family-oriented, social club located in the west end of Belleville, Illinois, and is one of the finest golf and country club facilities in the St Louis Metro area. We are a short 15-minute drive east of downtown and 20 minutes west of Scott Air Force Base. SCCC offers multiple dining options in different areas of our club house and other facilities. As a private, member owned club, professionalism and hospitality are paramount.
SCCC is currently looking for a few exceptional individuals to join our service team. We provide, formal fine dining, family-oriented service, banquet, and bar service to our members and their circles of influence. Candidates must be comfortable in formal, business, and casual dining environments. A perfect candidate is seeking member service opportunities in a natural way in all three scenarios. Working in our club, the goal is to build rapport with our membership and their families, as this is like a second home to them.

Who are we looking for?
-Individuals that are motivated to keep their section, and the building as a whole, clean and ready for service both during slow and busy times.
-individuals who enjoy learning and progressing in the hospitality industry.
-Individuals who have 1-2 years of experience, and working knowledge of common terminology and protocols.
-individuals who can carry at least 30lbs, and can sit, stand, bend, and work for extended busy periods.
-individuals who are trained in Basset Safe Service, and Food Safety Handling procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
