Position OverviewThis position supports and maintains infrastructure, telecommunications, and electronic systems used by MidAmerica St. Louis Airport employees, tenants, businesses, and patrons.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Essential Functions, Tasks, Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplementation, operation, and maintenance of networks including LAN, WAN and WirelessOversee Network Security, firewalls, VPNs, and network protection technologiesInvestigate network issues and blackouts, work with network designers on network enhancementProvide instruction and training on equipment features, and application, to user baseResolve trouble tickets for both hardware and software issues.Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolvedSet up and take down equipment as needed, such as computers, printers, projectors…Perform emerging IT related duties as neededPerform non-IT duties as assigned that are related to the operation of the airport
