Welcome to D.H. Lescombes Winery ~ New Mexico wine at its best! We are the largest winery in New Mexico and are sixth-generation French winemakers whose family's lineage has spanned 3 continents. Herve Lescombes ran the successful Domaine de Perignon winery in Burgundy, France. He was drawn to New Mexico due to its similar climate to his native Algeria, where he and his ancestors grew grapes and made wine for generations. In 1981, he made his first plantings in New Mexico. Later in 1984, his first vintage was bottled.
We are looking for an outgoing, customer service-driven individual with management experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to have a flexible work schedule and be available to work weekdays and weekends. The Key Hourly Manager will have serving hours paid at tipped minimum wage tips when not managing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be passionate about running shifts, taking care of our guests, coaching the team, setting an example with a positive attitude
- Responsible for cash handling, office security
- Switch to serving on shifts as needed
- Perform related duties as assigned by the General Manager
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- An average work week is between 045 hours, working a variety of shifts
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Physical requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- Must be able to stand for a long period
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone
