The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and leadership to deliver value-added services that positively impact the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Consults with leadership, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Fosters a culture of continuous improvement through performance management.
• Works closely with leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Provides guidance and input on restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Identifies training needs and individual executive coaching needs.
• Leads employee engagement initiatives.
• Administers employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and exit interviews.
• Manages suggestion channels.
• Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Health Administration, Business or related field required.
Experience:
Three years of Human Resources experience with employee relations required.
Licensure/Certification:
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) required within two years of employment.
