Now Hiring: AL Supervisor Registered Nurse RN
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise the day-to-day nursing operations of the assisted living facility.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure high standards of care.
- Coordinate nursing schedules, assign duties, and manage workloads to ensure effective staffing.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback to nursing team members.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents when necessary, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and other health-related needs.
- Monitor and assess the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents, ensuring appropriate interventions and treatments are provided.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for residents, ensuring they are tailored to individual needs and updated regularly.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing services provided, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
- Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff regarding best practices, new regulations, and protocols.
- Ensure all staff are trained in emergency procedures, infection control, and resident rights

Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse RN License within the state of Wisconsin
