Complete Care is seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing & Development who manages all aspects of marketing and relationship building to maximize the outcomes at our Skilled Nursing Facilities.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Building and maintaining relationships with acute-care hospitals, health systems, discharge planners, and case managers.
- Partners with Regional Director of Business Development to develop and execute marketing plans and achieve facility occupancy goals
- Monitors conversion ratios regarding Business Development. Calls to direct referrals, prospective calls, and tours- collects and analyzes data, to use as part of marketing plan
- Researches and provides recommendations for content and delivery of brochures, flyers, press releases and other forms of media that promote the facilities services.
- Continually review changes to the market and the activities of the competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
- Identify new and creative business opportunities
- Perform on-site assessments as required by facilities, to acquire necessary and appropriate information to facilitate the admission of the resident to the facility
- Completes outside Business Development sales calls : Contact sources include legal and financial professionals, senior organizations, appropriate special interest groups, hospital discharge planners, retirement communities, clergy, medical insurance providers and other local community contacts
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of five years’ experience in sales/marketing- Preferred in Senior Living/Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Aware of and adheres to Resident’s Rights and Confidentiality of Resident information
- Technically savvy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent decision making & creative thinking skills
- Willingness to travel
