Now Hiring: Human Resources HR Director
Responsibilities:
- Assist department heads in recruitment of new hires and retention of staff.
- Complete onboarding and facilitate orientation with all new hires.
- Mediate all labor related issues within the facility.
- Oversee payroll, Workman’s Compensation, FMLA and Disability.
- Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with peers.
- Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
