St. Clare Commons, a CHI Living Community located in beautiful Perrysburg, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As a member of our team, you’ll help welcome new residents and their families with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into our community.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain targeted occupancy levels through proactive admissions and outreach efforts
- Serve as a key contact for prospective residents and their families
- Support marketing and community engagement activities, including events and sponsorships
- Assist with developing promotional materials and advertising opportunities
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and transitions between care levels
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to build positive relationships and referral networks
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with older adults in long term care facility (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, welcoming presence with a passion for helping others
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
