Job Responsibilities
The RN Staff Development Nurse will be responsible for managing compliance with TB screening, Hepatitis B vaccines, and flu vaccines, as well as coordinating educational programs for staff, including orientations, in-services, competencies, and training programs.
The successful candidate will also assist with recruiting Nurses and Nursing Assistants, render care to residents according to nursing standards and policies, assess infection control problems, and monitor infection control practices and employee compliance.
