Responsibilities
- Daily shift oversight: Provide leadership during daily shifts, ensuring clinical operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Clinical PCP dashboard: Oversee the clinical Primary Care Physician dashboard, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Wound rounds: Conduct weekly wound rounds to assess, document, and monitor resident wound care.
- Admissions/discharges: Manage and coordinate resident admissions and discharges, ensuring smooth transitions and appropriate care plans.
- Order verifications: Verify medication and treatment orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with care plans.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar healthcare settings preferred.
- Ability to obtain CDC Infection Preventionist certification.
