Job Responsibilities
The RN Assisted Living/Memory Care Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the Assisted Living/Memory Care department to ensure safe and competent services
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents
- Assessing new and potential residents for appropriate placement
- Managing departmental policies, procedures, and compliance with regulations
- Planning and managing department budgets, including staffing and supplies
- Supervising, evaluating, and guiding staff while fostering collaboration
- Providing on-call support and addressing significant changes in residents' conditions
- Building strong relationships with families to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Reporting department developments to the Executive Director and implementing action plans

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Current RN license in Ohio
- CPR certification (long-term care experience preferred)
- Leadership experience and passion for mentoring and guiding teams
- Ability to work every other weekend and fulfill on-call responsibilities
