- Employee Assistance Program for your well-beingYour Role as RN Assisted Living / Memory Care ManagerThis leadership role is pivotal in maintaining a high standard of care and fostering a positive environment for residents and staff. Key responsibilities include :
- Leading the Assisted Living / Memory Care department to ensure the delivery of safe, competent services.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents.
- Assessing new and potential residents for appropriate placement.
- Managing departmental policies, procedures, and compliance with OSHA, state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Planning and managing department budgets, including staffing and supplies.
- Supervising, evaluating, and guiding staff while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Providing on-call support and addressing significant changes in residents conditions.
- Building strong relationships with families to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting department developments to the Executive Director and implementing action plans.What You Bring
- Current RN license in Ohio .
- CPR certification (long-term care experience preferred).
- Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and guiding teams.
