As the Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll play a critical role in our success by:
- Achieving and exceeding sales and marketing goals.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
- Leading community outreach efforts and coordinating events (both virtual and in-person).
- Creating and implementing a strategic sales and marketing plan.
- Managing and leveraging a CRM database to track leads and conversions.
- Providing community tours and showcasing the unique benefits of St. Clare Commons.
- Training staff in exceptional customer service.
- A bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of proven professional sales experience with a track record of success.
- High energy, passion for serving seniors, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Enquire Solutions CRM (preferred, but not required).
