Responsibilities
Participates in multidisciplinary team. Provides initial evaluation and assessment with persons and their families. Leads groups and activities to promote skill learning in wellness and recovery techniques. Provides case management support, counseling and crisis intervention to assigned mental health and co-occurring individuals.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
2. Credentialed as a Licensed Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (LCADC)
3. Valid Driver’s License
4. Current BLS (AHA) within the first 6 months of hire
5. Defensive Driving Course
