Responsibilities
The Senior Associate / Vice‐President role, depending on experience, with St. Cloud will include the following responsibilities:
− Evaluating new investment opportunities, including financial modeling, industry research, site visits, and interviewing management teams
− Conducting due diligence and communicating findings to team
− Drafting of investment memorandums
− Portfolio company management
− Investor communication and presentations
− Involvement in deal sourcing
− Supporting fundraising efforts
Qualifications
3-7 years’ experience, including investment banking, consulting, finance, restructuring, commercial lending, and/or operations.
− Strong academic record
− Organizational skills
− Financial modeling skills
− Ability to work independently
− Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
